Established in 2014, MMG Architecture Inc. has provided professional design and architectural services on over 200 projects to both public and private clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Satisfied repeat clients and referrals provide the significant majority of our work.

Our Process

It begins with an idea. Share your dream with us! We will have an open conversation to establish your requirements.

We will take a short trip to your site where we will meet you and your family/team so we can better determine the possibilities and get a clearer understanding of your requirements and needs.

After gathering your input, we'll develop a conceptual design that illustrates how we envision transforming your property into your ideal space. Your satisfaction is our priority at this stage, ensuring that we align perfectly with your vision before advancing to subsequent phases of the project.

We'll collaborate with our engineering team to integrate designs across electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines, ensuring a seamless construction phase while staying within your project budget.

We can then represent you as a building permit applicant and work with municipal authorities in order to secure a building permit within a timeframe that aligns with our project schedule.

We offer contract administration services throughout the construction process. This includes reviewing construction progress, certifying payments, and gathering all close-out documents such as as-built drawings, warranties, and manuals for your records and future reference.

We will continue to conduct field reviews until construction is complete. Voilà! Our project is now done, but our working relationship will hopefully continue for years to come.
